It's the opposite of the climate emergency approach.
 
The green ambulance pushes itself through others. The green lighthouse, by contrast, pulls others in, it guides “ships” to a destination. The ambulance must get itself to a destination, in a well-intentioned, but dramatic, stressful, rushed, and high-octane way. By contrast, the lighthouse doesn’t move at all and still fulfils its purpose, getting the “ships” (e.g. your colleagues) where it wants them to – and where it’s good for them, e.g. a safe harbour or deep waters – by its simple presence and the trustworthiness it represents.
